Is there a group discount?
Yes! Groups of 5 or more from the same institution receive a 10% discount. Contact info@empowerx-conference.com with your group details and we will send a custom registration link.
Can I switch from virtual to in-person?
Absolutely. You can upgrade from virtual to in-person at any time before the conference by paying the price difference. Contact us at info@empowerx-conference.com to make the switch.
What’s included in registration?
All registrations include ACPE CE credits for pharmacists, conference materials, and access to recorded sessions post-conference. In-person registrations also include meals (breakfast and lunch), networking receptions, and a swag bag. Virtual attendees get live-streamed sessions with interactive Q&A.
What is the refund policy?
Full refunds are available up to 30 days before the conference. Within 30 days, registrations can be transferred to another attendee or converted to virtual access. No refunds within 7 days of the event. Contact us for special circumstances.
