The EMPoweRx Conference is a product of Pharmacy Pearls LLC. By registering for or attending the EMPoweRx Conference (hereinafter referred to as “The Conference”), all participants agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
- Registration:
- All attendees must complete the registration process and pay any applicable fees to gain entry to the Conference.
- Registration is subject to availability and may close earlier if all spots are filled.
- Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- Cancellations must be received in writing by a specified date for a refund (less any applicable administrative fees).
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after the specified date or for no-shows.
- Program Changes:
- The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the program, speakers, or venue at any time without notice.
- Photography and Videography:
- By attending the Conference, participants grant the organizers full rights to use images, videos, or any other likeness of attendees for promotional purposes.
- Attendees who do not wish to be photographed or recorded should inform the organizers in writing prior to the event.
- Liability:
- The organizers will not accept liability for damages of any nature sustained by attendees or accompanying persons, or loss of, or damage to their personal property as a result of the Conference or related events.
- Personal Information:
- Attendee contact information will be kept confidential but may be shared with relevant parties (e.g., venue, vendors) as necessary to facilitate event operations.
- Conduct:
- Attendees are expected to behave professionally at all times during the Conference.
- The organizers reserve the right to take appropriate action against any attendee who engages in harassment, unlawful, or unprofessional behavior.
- Intellectual Property:
- The content presented at the Conference is the intellectual property of the presenting individuals or organizations and cannot be recorded, reproduced, or disseminated without their written permission.
- Accessibility:
- Attendees with special needs or dietary restrictions should contact the organizers in advance to arrange appropriate accommodations.
- Compliance:
- Attendees are responsible for ensuring they comply with all local laws, including health and safety regulations.
- Indemnification:
- Attendees agree to indemnify and hold harmless the organizers, their employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses arising from the attendee’s participation in the Conference.
By completing the registration process, attendees acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
