Book your room at the group rate

EMPoweRx 2027 has a room block at the conference hotel. Book through the group link to receive the conference rate.

• Group rate: $259 per night plus applicable taxes. This is the $249 room rate plus a $10 daily resort fee, single or double occupancy.
• Extra guests: add $25 per night for a third guest and $50 per night for a fourth.
• Reserve by: March 11, 2027. Reservations or changes after that date are subject to a higher rate and availability.
• Extra nights: the group rate is also offered up to three nights before and after the conference, based on hotel availability.
• Check-in and check-out: check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 11:00 AM.
• Cancellation: cancel by 3:00 PM, 72 hours before arrival, to avoid a charge of one night plus tax.
• Resort fee includes: Wi-Fi, pools and waterslides, kayak and paddleboard use, beach chairs, and a shuttle to SeaWorld and Old Town, among other amenities.
